The key terms used in this document are defined as follows.

• "Platform" means the qq99 website and all related services.
• "Player" means any person who has registered an account on the qq99 platform and uses its services.
• "Services" means all services offered by the platform, including slots, live casino, football betting, and fish shooting games.
• "Bonus" means any promotional funds credited to a player.
• "Wagering" means the minimum number of times bonus funds must be played through before they can be withdrawn.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each person may only maintain one account registered under their own personal information. If multiple accounts are found, funds across those accounts may be frozen.

You can deposit to qq99 using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer.

• The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks.
• All deposits must come from a lawful source and must have no connection to money laundering or financial crimes.
• If any issue arises regarding a deposit reversal or dispute, a refund may be issued after prior notification.
• Deposits must be made from the player's own bank or payment account. Payments from third parties will not be accepted.

To withdraw funds from your account, players must meet the following requirements.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

7.1 Fair Play

7.2 Technical Failures

If a disconnection occurs during gameplay, the platform's records will be reviewed to make a decision. If a game is lost due to a server failure, it is not considered the player's fault and will be handled accordingly.

• Placing football bets using insider information or participating in match-fixing.
• Falsely claiming ownership of an account to initiate unauthorized disputes (Chargeback Fraud).

9.1 When a Player Closes Their Account

Players may voluntarily request account closure at any time via 24/7 Live Chat or email. Funds in accounts that have met wagering requirements will be returned using the withdrawal method previously set.

9.2 When We Suspend an Account

If a breach of any of these terms is found, the account may be suspended without prior notice. Funds obtained through dishonest activity or from related gameplay will not be returned.

9.3 Country Access Restrictions

qq99 states that it is not liable for the following regarding players' losses and unforeseen events —
